WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope that you find your new favorite fragrance here at A.MichelleCandleCo. However, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. You may return your un-burned candle within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At this moment we aren't currently offering gift cards. This is something we would love to offer to our customers. We are working to offer this in the near future for A.MichelleCandleCo.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

A.MichelleCandleCo candles are made fresh to order and go through a series of quality checks before it shipped to our customers. Please allow 1-3 business days for your candle to be processed before it is shipped. We ship orders Monday-Wednesday (Summer) to avoid your candles sitting in a warehouse which can cause defects and possibly melting. If placed on a Thursday or over the weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirming the label has been created. This email will also provide a tracking number for you to track the status of the delivery.
